Renter's Insurance protects a resident's belongings from any sort of loss, damage or peril. While the owner of the building where you live carries insurance on his or her property, that insurance does not cover any resident's personal belongings. It is strongly recommended to carry Renter's Insurance to protect your belongings and enjoy the peace of mind you deserve.

Security Deposit is $500 with approved credit and up to one-month rent for conditional screening results.

Yes! The Corridor is a pet-friendly community. Certain breed, weight, and quantity restrictions, along with applicable pet fees or deposits, may apply. Please contact the leasing office for complete pet policy details.

Assistance animals are not considered pets and are evaluated in accordance with applicable Fair Housing laws.
